By which, petitioner has been transferred from Z.P.H.School, K.V.Palli, Annamayya District to Z.P.H.School, T.Sadamur, Kuppam Mandal, Chittoor District. Petitioner immediately raised grievance by submitting objections dated 11.06.2025, before the 4“^ respondent, in terms of Rule 18 of the Andhra Pradesh State Teachers (Regulation of Transfers) Rules, 2025 (hereafter referred as ‘Rules’), contending that petitioner’s case with respect to spouse preference and priority has not been considered properly. In the meanwhile, petitioner seems to have got relieved from station, where he was working, and joined at new transferred station. As no orders were passed on objections. petitioner preferred present writ petition. Heard Smt V.Sesha Kumari, learned counsel for the petitioner 2. and learned Additional Advocate General for respondents. Learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of respondents has placed on record the orders dated 30.06.2025, passed by the 4*^ respondent, rejecting the objections of petitioner. He would submit that as against the said rejection order, there is further appeal under Rule 18 of the Rules, before the 3'^'^ respondent. Therefore, the petitioner can avail the said remedy. 3. 4 HCGRJ VJ. P. No. 16346 of 2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute about the 4. further appeal being provided under Rule 18 of the Rules. However, learned counsel tried to persuade this Court to embark upon merits of the matter. This Court is not persuaded to go into merits, as there is second appeal provided under the Rules. Therefore, petitioner is permitted to prefer appeal before the 3'^'^ respondent, within a period of one week from today. On such appeal being preferred, the 3 respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate speaking 5. rd orders, in accordance with Rules and transfer guidelines, within a week thereafter.
