Mr. Y.P.S.Dhaulta, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. On 28.4.2025, petitioner, a Principal, was transferred to GSSS Baghei Garh, District Chamba. He joined at the aforesaid place on 24.05.2025. 3. In terms of applicable transfer policy, petitioner preferred representation on 30.05.2025 (Annexure P-3) to respondent No.l with the grievance that he had already served 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - GSSS Thachi, District Mandi w.e.f. the year 2005 to 2007, which falls in the sub-cadre area and had completed the requisite tenure over there; He had also served at GSSS Triloknath, District Lahaul & Spiti, a hard and tribal area; That he could not have been again transferred to a hard and tribal area i.e. GSSS Baghei Garh, District Chamba, as he has already served hard and tribal area previously. In this regard, petitioner had also sent a reminder Annexure P-4, to the respondents. Petitioner has named a few stations in his representation, where according to him, he can be easily transferred/adjusted. Petitioner’s grievance is that the aforesaid representation has not been decided by the respondents till date. 4. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.1/Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable notification/policy within a period of two weeks from today.
