State Of Rajasthan, Through Its Secretary, Medical And Health Department, Government Of Rajasthan, Secretariat, Jaipur (Raj.) 2. Director, (Non Gazette), Medical And Health Services, Swasthya Bhawan, Tilak Marg, C-Scheme, Jaipur (Raj.) 3. President, Rajasthan Staff Selection Board, Durgapura, Jaipur (Raj.) ----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Shobhit Sharma For Respondent(s) : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 01/07/2025 1. The recommendations, issued by the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board in favour of petitioners, to offer appointment on the post of Assistant Radiographer, pursuant to the vacancies advertised on 12.06.2020, have been withdrawn vide order dated 19.03.2024 by the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board whereagainst instant writ petition has been filed. [2025:RJ-JP:24072] (2 of 2) [CW-10533/2024] 2. Perusal of the order impugned dated 19.03.2024, reveals that the recruitment process, pursuant to the vacancies advertised under advertisement dated 12.06.2020, is already over and thereafter, fresh vacancies have been advertised twice, hence in that view of matter, the post recommendations of Rajasthan Staff Selection Board were withdrawn. 3. The co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.01.2025 granted two weeks’ time to counsel for the petitioners to seek instructions from petitioners and further vide order dated 19.02.2025, directed the petitioners to file affidavit to the effect that the vacant posts of Assistant Radiographer, pursuant to the advertisement dated 12.06.2020 are available. No such affidavit has been filed by the petitioners. 4. This Court finds that petitioners are not able to satisfy the Court as to availability of any vacancies against the advertisement dated 12.06.2020, more so, after vacancies have been advertised afresh twice, which is an undisputed fact. Secondly, the reasons for withdrawing the recommendations assigned by the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board in the order impugned have not been questioned. 5. In view of above, the writ petition is devoid of merits and the same is hereby dismissed. 6. Stay application and any other pending application, if any, also stand disposed of. (SUDESH BANSAL),J TN/23
