The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mirzachowki P.S. Case No. 14 of 2020, for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 307, 504, 427, 435 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Sahibganj. On 10.02.2020, about 15-20 accused persons entered into the premises of the informant and set ablaze one Hywa and poclain machine. It was submitted that petitioner was neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused. It was finally submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by different co- ordinate Bench of this Court. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of of learned S.D.J.M., Sahibganj, in connection with Mirzachowki P.S.
