Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Chanho P.S. Case No. 105 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 317(5)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, section 11(1)(a)(d)(e)(f) of Prevention of Cruelty of Animal Act and section 12(1)(2)(3) of Jharkhand Bovine Animal Prohibition of Slaughter Act, 2005, pending in the court of Shri Sharthak Sharma, learned J.M.F.C, Ranchi. 3. On 21.06.2025, Chanho Police intercepted a Pickup Van bearing registration no. BR01N 3049 near Magazine More on Chama Mcluskiganj Road. On search, eight cattle were found loaded on it. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner no. 1 is the owner cum driver of the vehicle while the petitioner no. 2 is the cleaner of the vehicle. It was further submitted that the petitioners are in custody since 21.06.2025. It was also submitted that charge sheet has been submitted in this case. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Sharthak Sharma, learned J.M.F.C, Ranchi in connection with Chanho P.S.
