P. -------- 02/ Dated 15.09.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Ranka P.S. Case No. 56 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 118(2), 103(1), 352, 351(2)(3), 191(2), 191(3), 190 & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of Smt. Anulika Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Garhwa. On 09.04.2025, petitioners alongwith co-accused persons assaulted the husband and son of the informant, due to which, the son of the informant succumbed to his injuries. It was submitted that there is general allegation against the petitioners. It was further submitted that there is specific allegation against co-accused Pitamber Singh of having assaulted the injured persons. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt.
