Case No 88/2021, for the offence under sections 420/406/467/468/506 of IPC, pending in the court of Sri D.N. Shukla, learned J.M., XXVIII, Ranchi. The petitioners are alleged to have sold 5.60 decimals of land to the informant. After he purchased the land, his name was entered into the revenue records and the state took rent receipt from the informant. Informant also took possession of the land.
