The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter is all about the theft of Rs.6,00,000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs only) from the house of the de facto complainant by breaking open his house when he was out of station. Despite giving CCTV footage to the 3rd respondent police, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, the present Criminal Original Petition came to be filed. 3.Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record. 4.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the 2nd respondent DSP is directed to monitor the investigation conducted by the 3rd respondent and the 3rd respondent 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL OP(MD).
