That the present writ application Patna High Court CWJC No.3799 of 2025(2) dt.21-03-2025 2/2 is filed in the nature of Mandamus for a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai as well as District Magistrate cum Collector, Begusarai to protect the land as well as semi constructed house situated in Mauja- Ragunathpur barari, Tauzi no. 587, Thana no. 650, Khata no. 659, Plot no. 983, Area-1 Katha 10 Dhur, North- kachi road, South- self land, East-self land, West-self land, self land; on the ground that the land is self acquired land, there is valid documents, there is representation pending and the same has not been decided in accordance with law. II. That the present writ application is filed in the nature of Mandamus for a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai as well as District Magistrate cum Collector, Begusarai to act upon the representation filed by the petitioner dated 02.02.2025 in accordance with law at the earliest. III. For any other relief/ reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled for.” 3.
