GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 2 to 6 in Opening a suspect sheet No. 17/2019, bearing C.No.1301/dis/SDO- 2 N/2017, dated 18-09-2017 on the file of II Town Police Station, Krishna District, as illegal arbitrary and in violation of my fundamental rights guaranteed under Article 20 21 of the Constitution of India and calling me to the police station regularly on the said basis and consequently set-aside the said suspect sheet.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that there are no cases pending against the Petitioner and to curb and curtail the unlawful activities of the Petitioner the Rowdy Sheet No.17/2019 has been opened against the Petitioner. 3. Sri D.Kasi Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, no cases are pending against the Petitioner and hence, the rowdy sheet opened against the Petitioner may be closed. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is allowed and the impugned Rowdy Sheet No.17/2019, vide C.No.1301/dis/SDO-N/2017 dated 18.09./2017 on the file of II Town Police Station, Krishna District against the Petitioner is hereby set aside. There shall be no order as to costs.
