Zoramchhana, learned counsel for the petitioner, this is an application under Section 301/CRPC Section 338 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), praying for permission to assist the P.P. and to file the written objection in the Crl.Pet./1/2025 and Crl.Pet./2/2025. 1. Ms. Mary L. Khiangte, Learned Public Prosecutor is present, and Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. B.K. Mahajan appearing through Page No.# 3/4 V.C. 2. The applicant in the present application is the Mahindra and Mahindra Financial Service Ltd. It is stated that the applicant herein had filed an FIR before the police station Crime and Economic Offence (C&EO), Aizawl against the petitioner and Ors for impersonation and forgery. The FIR was duly registered bearing an FIR No. 3 of 2024, against the instant petitioner in the Crl.Pet./1/2025 and Crl.Pet./2/2025 for the offence punishable under Section 408/419/466/467/468/472/471/477A/120B r/w 34 IPC for impersonation and forgery. 3. The present petitioner has filed the Crl.Pet./1/2025 and Crl.Pet./2/2025, praying for quashing the FIR against the present petitioner and also for modification of the bail conditions imposed by the learned Trial Court. 4. The present I.A.(Crl.)/9/2025 has been filed by the applicant with the prayer only to assist the Public Prosecutor as per Section 301 of the CRPC/Section 338 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), in connection to Crl.Pet./1/2025 and Crl.Pet./2/2025, and have also prayed for filing written objection in the said petition. 5. I have considered the submission of the learned counsel Mr. C. Zoramchhana and I am of the view that considering the facts and circumstance of this case, this present application may be allowed. 6.
