This appeal was filed in the year 2021 but the deficiency of Court fee amounting Rs.6,41,600/- was never made good, despite numerous opportunities afforded to the appellant. 4. It appears that the appellant does not want to make good deficiency of Court fee. 5. Keeping in view the conduct of the appellant, this appeal is dismissed for insufficiency of Court fee. 6. Interim order, if any, granted in this appeal stands vacated. 7. Accordingly, the impugned judgment and decree dated 25.03.2021 passed by Judge Small Cause Court, Ghaziabad in Original Suit No.1884 of 2013 (Jitendra Bhasin and another vs. Pooja Chopra and others), is affirmed. 8.
