Lalzekima, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. R. Subedi, learned counsel for the opposite party Nos. 5, 6 & 9. 2. This interlocutory application, under Order I Rule 10 read with Section 151 of the C.P.C., is preferred by the applicants for impleading Mrs. Navneet Mann, Deputy Commissioner of Lunglei as respondent No. 14 and Mr. Govind Mohan, Home Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs as respondent No. 15, in Contempt Case (C) No. 03/2014. Mr. Lalzekima, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the earlier incumbents either transferred or retired and new incumbents assured charge in their places and as such, there is a requirement of impledment of new incumbents and therefore, it is contended to allow this application. 4. Mr. Subedi, learned counsel for the opposite party Nos. 5, 6 & 9 submits that he has no objection in the event of allowing this interlocutory application for impleading Mrs. Navneet Mann, Deputy Commissioner of Lunglei as respondent No. 14 and Mr. Govind Mohan, Home Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs as respondent No. 15, in Contempt Case (C) No. 03/2014. 5. Taking note of the submissions of learned counsel for the both the parties and also considering the facts and circumstances on the record, this court is inclined to allow this interlocutory application. 6. Accordingly, Mrs. Navneet Mann, Deputy Commissioner of Lunglei and Mr. Govind Mohan, Home Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs be impleaded as respondent Nos. 14 & 15 respectively, in Contempt Case (C) No. 03/2014. 7. Accordingly, this I.A. stands disposed of. 8. The learned counsel for the applicants shall take steps for filing the amended cause-title of Contempt Case (C) No. 03/2014 within a period of 1 (one) week. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
