Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. 3. Though the petitioner made several allegations against the respondents, during hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court, without touching the merits of the case, to issue a direction to the respondenfs to consider and dispose of the representations dated 23.05.2020, 15.08.2020, 27.03.2025, 12.05.2025 and petitioner. 15.05.2025 submitted by the 4. On the other hand, learned Government Pleader for Revenue furnished written instructions submitted by the 4‘^ respondent dated 30.06.2025, wherein it is stated that: “It is further submitted that except the application, dt. 15.05.2025 filed by the applicant, in the remaining applications, dt. 23.05.2020, 15.08.2020. 27.03.2025, 12.05.2025. the applicant has not produced any supporting documents. The another PGRS application bearing NO.BPT20250512349, Dt. 12.05.2025 is also filed by the applicant before 4 W.P.N0.16360 0F 2025 the Revenue Divisional Officer, Chirala. The same will be disposed within the stipulated time in terms of rules”. In view of the submission of the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, this Court need not decide the truth or otherwise of the allegations made in the petition. This Court is conscious that no such direction be issued, in view of the judgment of the Apex Court in “The Government of India v. P.Venkatesh^”, wherein the Apex Court held that such orders may make for a quick or easy disposal of cases in overburdened adjudicatory institutions. But, they do not serve to the cause of justice. As the learned counsel for the petitioner himself requested to issue a direction to dispose of the 5. representations dated 23.05.2020, 15.08.2020, 27.03.2025, 12.05.2025 and 15.05.2025, this Court find no other alternative except to issue such direction. In the result, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representations dated 23.05.2020, 15.08.2020, 27.03.2025, 12.05.2025 and 15.05.2025, after providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
