JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 2 21-08-2025
1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned.
2. A private dispute has been brought before this Court pertaining to land, in question, as described in paragraph 4 of this writ application.
3. The petitioner has filed this writ application for a direction to the respondent authorities to enquire illegal jamabandi of excess land more than the land mentioned in the khatiyan created in favour of respondent no. 8 in
Patna High Court CWJC No.5915 of 2025(2) dt.21-08-2025 2/2 respect of the subject land. The petitioner is the co-sharer of respondent no. 8.
4. Having considered the nature of prayer made in this writ application, I am of the opinion that a frivolous writ petition has been filed bringing the private dispute before this Court instead of approaching the concerned authority under the Bihar Land Mutation Act.
5. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed as not maintainable.
