The Applicant is one of the accused in FIR No. 257/2023 dated 31st July, 2023, registered under Sections 323, 326, 341 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 18601 at P.S. Delhi Cantt., Delhi. Since there are other co- accused, the State had objected that partial quashing on the basis of settlement is not permissible in the present case.
