By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 4. As per the instructions received by learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel through which it has been transpired that regarding solemnization of marriage between petitioner nos. 1 and 2, their family members have no objection and they are leading their life peacefully being husband and wife, hence there is hardly any cause of action survives to extend police protection in favour of petitioners. 5. In view thereof, present petition stands disposed of.
