Cr.MP No. 3579 of 2025 By way of the present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to extend the time to comply with the order dated 16.06.2025, passed by this Court, in Cr.MP No. 2392 of 2025. The application is duly supported by the affidavit of the petitioner. Considering the factual position, as mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Let, order dated 16.06.2025 be complied with, within a period of four weeks from today, i.e. on or before 22.09.2025, failing which, the protection, which has been granted to the petitioner, vide order dated 16.06.2025, shall stand withdrawn automatically, without reference to this Court and in that eventuality, the learned trial Court would be at liberty to proceed against the petitioner, as per law.
