Having seen the explanation, this Court finds that the applicant was prevented by sufficient cause from being represented before the Court on the date when the connected writ petition stood dismissed for default. 5. Hence, order dated 18th March, 2025 stands recalled. The writ petition is restored to its original file and number. 6. On condoning delay, CAN 1 of 2025 is allowed and disposed of. 7. List the writ petition under the heading “Interest on Gratuity” in the Combined Monthly List of November, 2025. 8.
