Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent in registering the FIR on the complaint of the petitioner. 3.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that, the police have conducted preliminary investigation under Section 173(3) of BNSS and have arrived at a conclusion that the matter is purely civil in nature and also advised the petitioner to settle the matter before the competent Civil Court. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of, leaving it open for the petitioner to take steps, in accordance with law. No costs. 5.
