This interlocutory application, under Order I Rule 10(2) of the C.P.C., is preferred by the applicants for impleading Mrs. Navneet Mann, Deputy Commissioner of Lunglei as respondent No. 15, in Contempt Case (C) No. 07/2016. 3. Ms. Venisia, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the earlier incumbent either transferred or retired and new incumbent assured charge in his/her place and as such, there is a requirement of impledment of new incumbent and therefore, it is contended to allow this application. 4. Mr. Subedi, learned counsel for the opposite party No. 9 submits that he has no objection in the event of allowing this interlocutory application for impleading Mrs. Navneet Mann, Deputy Commissioner of Lunglei as respondent No. 15, in Contempt Case (C) No. 07/2016. 5. Taking note of the submissions of learned counsel for the both the parties and also considering the facts and circumstances on the record, this court is inclined to allow this interlocutory application. 6. Accordingly, Mrs. Navneet Mann, Deputy Commissioner of Lunglei be impleaded as respondent No. 15, in Contempt Case (C) No. 07/2016. 7. Accordingly, this I.A. stands disposed of. 8.
