Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that instant public interest litigation be dismissed with liberty to file fresh petition in accordance with law. 4. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant public interest litigation is dismissed with liberty to file fresh petition in accordance with law.
