Singh, who has filed this application with prayer to allow correction of the typographical error in paragraph-10 of the order dated 09.12.2025, passed in Crl.Pet. No. 610/2025. 2. The name of the learned counsel for respondent Mr. M. K. Das is reflected in the cause-list, but the respondent is not represented today. 3. It is submitted that at paragraph-10 of the order dated 09.12.2025, the word ‘petitioner’ was erroneously typed in place of ‘respondent’. The order ought to have been typed as “I have also considered the submission that the respondent has submitted that the entire cheque amount with an additional amount of Rs. 16 lacs has already been paid to the petitioner.” 4. Thereby, considering the submission and after going through the order dated 09.12.2025, it is ordered that the paragraph-10 may be typed and corrected as “I have also considered the submission that the respondent has submitted that the entire cheque amount with an additional amount of Rs. 16 lacs has already been paid to the petitioner.” 5. Thereby, the paragraph-10 is corrected, and this order will form a part of the order dated 09.12.2025 in Crl.Pet. No. 610/2025. Page No.# 3/3 6.
