JUSTICE SHAMIMA JAHAN 09.09.2025 Heard Mr. Victor L. Ralte, learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Ms. Jacinta Zothanmawii, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 & 2. In this application, the applicants have prayed for stay of the Judgment & Order dated 27.02.2025 passed in Heirship Case No. 83/2018 and Succession Case No. 2103/2018. It is noticed that against the said judgment & order, another RFA being RFA No. 17/2025 was filed and the stay of the said judgment was granted vide Order dated 15.05.2025 to the effect that the impugned judgment & order shall remain stayed till the next returnable date and the same is continued till date in the other RFA, i.e., RFA No. 17/2025. Since the present application is in connection with RFA No. 6/2025, in which the same judgment & order was put to challenge, the interim stay may also be effected in the instant case and as such, the same is allowed and the same may be extended till the next date of hearing.
