This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action Respondent No.4 without taking into consideration of my complaint dated-4/6/2025and 5/6/2025 Endorsed by Addl. Superintendent of Police, Eluru without Registering F.I.R. as highly illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and clear violation of Principles of Natural Justice and clear violation of Articles 14,21 and 300A Constitution of India and consequently to direct the Respondents to Register the F.I.R against unofficial Respondents No.5 to 10 and to take appropriate action as per law.”

Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that, after receipt of the complaint from the Petitioners, the Police have enquired into the matter with the concerned Tahsildar and V.R.O and got information that there is no such pathway as alleged by the Petitioners and hence, the Police have not registered any case on the said complaint. 3.
Sri B.P.Raju, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioners to work out their remedies before appropriate forum. There shall be no order as to costs.
