JUSTICE NELSON SAILO ORDER 30.01.2025 Heard Ms. H Lalmalsawmi, learned counsel for the applicants who submits that by filing this application, the applicants seek rectification of typographical errors appearing in the Order dated 01.11.2024 passed in WP(C) No. 110/2024. Referring to paragraph No. 2 of the said order, the learned counsel submits that the petitioners have been stated to have all been appointed as Staff Nurse in Page No.# 2/3 the Zoram Medical College. However, the 9 (nine) writ petitioners have been appointed as Staff Nurse in various establishments. The petitioner No. 1 was appointed as Staff Nurse at Primary Health Centre, Bungtlang South, the petitioner No. 2 was appointed as Staff Nurse under the Health & Family Welfare Department, Govt. of Mizoram, the petitioner Nos. 3 to 6 were appointed as Staff Nurse at State Referral Hospital, Falkawn and the petitioner Nos. 7 to 9 were appointed as Staff Nurse by the Health & Family Welfare Department, Govt. of Mizoram. She therefore submits that the error may be rectified. [2.] The learned counsel further submits that the writ petitioners had inadvertently indicated the name of the father of the petitioner No. 3 as Sh. Hauhmingthanga instead of Mr. K.T Vabeihua, who is the father of petitioner No. 3. She therefore submits that the same may be corrected as well. [3.] Ms. Caroline K Lungawipuii, learned Government Advocate appearing for the State respondents submits that she has no objection if the application is allowed. [4.] Upon considering the submission of the parties and upon perusing the materials available on record, instead of “It is the case of the petitioners that they have been appointed as Staff Nurse in the Zoram Medical College (earlier known as Mizoram Institute of Medical Education & Research MIMER)”, Page No.# 3/3 appearing in paragraph No. 2 of the Order dated 01.11.2024, it shall now read as follows:- “The petitioner No. 1 was appointed to the post of Staff Nurse at Primary Health Centre, Bungtlang South, vide Office Order dated 02.04.2012, the petitioner No. 2 was appointed to the post of Staff Nurse by the Health & Family Welfare Department, Govt. of Mizoram vide Order dated 10.12.2004, the petitioner Nos. 3 to 6 were appointed to the post of Staff Nurse at State Referral Hospital, Falkawn vide Office Order dated 05.12.2017 and the petitioner Nos. 7 to 9 were appointed to the post of Staff Nurse by the Health & Family Welfare Department, Govt. of Mizoram vide Order dated 11.03.2020” [5.] The name of the father of the petitioner No. 3 should also be read as “Sh. K.T Vabeihua” instead of “Sh. Hauhmingthanga”. [6.] This order shall be treated as a part of the Order dated 01.11.2024. [7.] I.A stands disposed of as allowed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
