“It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this petition may kindly be allowed and the matter inter se the petitioner and Respondent No.1 may kindly be referred for the mediation pursuant to the order dated 30.08.2024 passed by Learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajgarh, District Sirmour, H.P., in Cr. Case No. 379/3 of 2023, titled as Aashima Vs. Manoj, on the basis of the statement made by the Respondent No.1, in the interest of law and 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

2. Perusal of the order, appended with the petition as Annexure P-1, demonstrates that a complaint was filed by te wife of the present petitioner, which was withdrawn by her, in terms of order dated 30.08.2024, in the light of some comprise having arrived at between the parties.
3. In the light of this development, this petition is completely misconceived. As there is nothing pending before any Court it is not understood as to how the petitioner has been advised to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
4. Therefore, as the petition is not maintainable at all being misconceived, the same is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
