Lalramzauva, learned Senior Counsel for the applicants, who submits that there is a delay of 30 days in filing the appeal against the impugned Judgment & Order dated 21.11.2024 passed in WP(C) No. 103/2023. Ms. Lalnunhlui, learned Govt. Advocate appearing for respondent Nos. 10 & 11 and Ms. Zairemsangpuii, learned CGC appearing for respondent Nos. 8 & 9 submit that they have no objection to the application being allowed. No one appears for respondent Nos. 1-7 though notice was issued to them on 14.02.2025.
