Heard Mr. Surfaraj Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Shashank Thakur, learned Deputy Advocate General, appearing for respondents No.1 to 7 & 10/ State. 2. The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- “It is, therefore, prayed that the Petition may kindly be allowed and the F.I.R. no. 30/2025 (annexure P/1), registered by Economic Offence Wings Raipur and its consequential proceeding which may further culminate into filing of final report, for the offences punishable Under Section 7 C Of The Prevention Of Corruption Act 1988 And Sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468 & 471 Of The Indian Penal Code, only in respect to the petitioner, may kindly be quashed, in the interest of justice..” 3. From perusal of the relief prayed for in the present petition, it transpires that petitioner has only drafted a vague and sketchy 3 prayer and the same is a defective one. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a duly constituted petition with an appropriate prayer. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file afresh with appropriate prayer and pleadings, subject to depositing a sum of Rs.2,000/- as cost by the petitioner in the Registry of this Court within a period of one week from today, and the same shall be transmitted to the Government Home for Mentally Underdeveloped Children, Raipur, District - Raipur (C.G.). 6. Certified copy of the documents annexed in the petition, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioner after obtaining the photocopy of the same, subject to deposit of the fine amount.
