HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT JAMMU
CPSW No. 269/2014 in SWP No. 732/2014
Nazir Hussain
…..Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s)
Through: None
Vs
Parvaiz Ahmed Malik .…. Respondent(s)
Through: Mr. Bhanu Jasrotia, GA.
CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE M A CHOWDHARY, JUDGE
ORDER (23.07.2025)
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and same was the case on the previous two dates of hearing as well. It appears that the order sought to be enforced may have been implemented and this may be the reason that the petitioner has chosen not to come present in the Court, to prosecute the case. Be that as it may, the instant contempt petition is disposed of and the contempt proceedings are dropped, however, the petitioner shall be at liberty to seek revival/restoration of the petition, in case, cause survives.
