Mr. Khan, learned counsel for the appellant in Intest.Cas./1/2022, submits that this interlocutory application has been filed for according him permission to withdraw the vakalatnama on behalf of the appellant in Intest.Cas./1/2022. 3. Mr. Khan submits that he heard that the appellant in Intest.Cas./1/2022, suffered demise and that he had tried to contact the legal heirs of the appellant and also sent notice to them, but no response was received by him till date, and under such circumstances, this interlocutory application is preferred for according him permission to withdraw the vakalatnama. 4. Taking note of the submission of Mr. Khan, learned counsel for the appellant in Intest.Cas./1/2022, this interlocutory application stands allowed, and accordingly, Mr. Khan is permitted to withdraw the vakalatnama in Intest.Cas./1/2022. 5.
