(Oral) Prayer in this writ peon filed by the peoner under Arcles 226/227 of the Constuon of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, direcng the respondents- Corporaon to decide the appeal dated 24.01.2025 (Annexure P.2) filed by the peoner against the punishment order dated 14.01.2025 (Annexure P.1), passed by respondent No.1 whereby recovery has been imposed upon the peoner. 2. Learned counsel for the peoner relies upon order dated 25.10.2024 passed by this Court in CWP No.29102 of 2024 tled as “Gagandeep Singla @ Gagandeep v. The Appellate Authority and another” and prays for deciding the appeal filed by the peoner dated 24.01.2025 (Annexure P.2) expediously by passing a speaking order in a me-bound manner. 3. Noce of moon. 4. Mr. Vishawjeet Singh, Advocate, accepts noce on behalf of the respondents. He submits that the appeal filed by the peoner shall be decided expediously. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the pares and have gone through the record of the case. In view of the afore-said stand of the learned counsel for the respondents, the present peon is disposed of with direcons that the appeal dated 24.01.2025 (Annexure P.2) pending before the Appellate Authority shall be decided within a period of 06 months from the date of receipt of cerfied copy of this order. Further recovery from the peoner shall remain stayed and would be subject to the final order that may be passed by the Appellate Authority. The peon stands disposed of.
