A perusal of the screenshot of the web portal of the respondent reveals that the Destitute Widow Pension had been approved for the petitioner on 18.09.2024. 3. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the respondent to release the Destitute Widow Pension to the petitioner and also pay arrears from the date of approval and also the respondent shall continue to pay the subsequent Destitute Widow Pension as eligible to the petitioner.
