The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bhawnathpur PS Case No.68 of 2025, for offence registered under section 126(2), 115(2), 109 and 3(5) of BNS, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class Nagar Untari, Garhwa. 3. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that so far as the petitioners are concerned there are general and omnibus allegation and petitioner nos.2 and 3 are ladies and the allegation is against Jabir Ansari of assault and pursuant to that injury was received by informant and there is no criminal antecedent against the petitioners as disclosed in para 11. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that injury was received by informant. 5. Considering that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para 11 and petitioner nos.2 and 3 are ladies and main allegation is against Jabir Ansari of assault by Axe, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioners. 6. Accordingly, petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of their surrender/arrest, petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class Nagar Untari, Garhwa, in connection with Bhawnathpur PS Case No.68 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
