Admittedly, the petitioner has no claim or right over S.No.15/1B. Therefore, this writ petition has to be dismissed as not maintainable. 4.The respondents make it clear that the petitioner's patta land in S.No.15/1A will not be touched. It is further made clear that the petitioner's right to access his land in S.No.15/1A should not be affected by the construction of the police check post. It is further relevant note that the police check post would come only in the highway and not in the petitioner's patta land. 3/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P(MD)No.31168 of 2025 5.With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition is disposed of.
