The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Lawalong P.S. Case No.13 of 2025 for the offence registered under sections 18, 27(a), 28, 29, 30 of NDPS Act and section 33 of the Indian Forest Act, pending in the court of learned Principal District Judge, Chatra. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that false allegations have been made of cultivating opium plant and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.14. He submits that the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.2911 of 2025 and A.B.A. No.2940 of 2025. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of cultivating opium plant. 5. Considering that the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail as aforesaid and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, both the petitioners, above named, are hereby 2025:JHHC:23460 2 A.B.A. No. 4365 of 2025 directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, both the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District Judge, Chatra in connection with Lawalong P.S.
