Case No. 72 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 238 and 61(2) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of Smt. Anulika Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Garhwa. 3. On 26.05.2025, at about 05:00 a.m., the informant had gone for morning walk. He received information that dead body of his father Mundrika Yadav was lying near his Bhandar. The informant went there and saw that his father was murdered. Suspicion has been raised upon this petitioner and co-accused persons that due to previous enmity, they might have committed the murder of the deceased. 4. It was submitted that apart from suspicion, there is no other material against the petitioner on the record. 5. Mr. Someshwar Roy, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt.
