(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 07.08.2025, issued under the signatures of Dy. Divisional Manager, HRTC, Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, which is taken on record, Mr. Rahul Thakur, learned counsel for the respondent, states that sum of Rs.8,97,744/- & Rs.1,93,398/- on account of DCRG & interest as well as sum of Rs.6,18,780/- & Rs.1,45,620/- on account of Leave Encashment & interest have been paid to the petitioner, as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings. 2. Having carefully perused aforesaid communication, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly acknowledges factum with regard to compliance. 3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same are disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure that amount, in terms of 2 aforesaid communication, if not already released, shall be released expeditiously.
