At the outset, the counsel for the petitioner would 2 submit that the matter pertains to disciplinary action against the petitioner who is in service at AIIMS, Raipur and therefore the jurisdiction to decide the dispute is with the Central Administrative Tribunal and as such the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise her grievance before the concerned Central Administrative Tribunal.
