CMP No.19086 of 2025 This application has been filed by Mela Committee, Theog, through its Chairman, who happens to be the SDM, Theog, seeking permission to organize a sports meet in playground of Government Senior Secondary School, Theog (Boys) District Shimla, H.P. w.e.f. 15th to 16th August, 2025. Since the aforesaid days would be non- teaching days, therefore in the peculiar facts and circumstances, we deem it proper to permit the applicant to use the premises of Government Senior Secondary School, Theog (Boys), District Shimla, H.P. w.e.f 15th to 16th August, 2025. However, the same shall be subject to the following conditions: (i) That no damage shall be caused to the property of the school and its playground, where the event is proposed to be organized. (ii) That after the event is over, the playground shall be handed over to the Principal of the school aforesaid in a neat and clean condition and it shall be ensured that no plastic is used except that one permissible under the law. The administration shall ensure that the playground is cleaned after the event. (iii) That the applicant shall follow the COVID-19 protocols, such as norms of social distancing and use of masks etc. and other guidelines issued by the State Government and the Central Government. (iv) That the law and oder shall be maintained by the local administration during the said period. (v) That the applicant shall deposit a sum of Rs.11000/- in the Students Welfare Fund of the school concerned. Order accordingly. The application stands disposed of. CMP No. 19146 of 2025 This application has been filed under Section 151 CPC seeking permission to celebrate State Level Independence Day function in the playground of Govt. Senior Secondary School, Sarkaghat, District Mandi, H.P on 15.08.2025 by Sub Divisional Officer (C), Sarkaghat, Distt. Mandi, H.P. It has been averred that the School will remain closed from 15 to 17th August, 2025 and there will be no academic activities and the studies of students will not be affected and there will be no obstruction to the academic atmosphere of the School. Accordingly, we allow the application and permit the State to organize the function, subject to depositing the fee of Rs.10,000/- to be paid in the Students Welfare Fund of the School concerned.
