The petitioners have filed the instant writ petition with the following relief(s):- “10.1) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue direction for respondent authorities for considered the name of petitions for regularization since after completion of 10 years of service. 10.2) That, other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 2. Limited grievance of the petitioners in the present petition is for direction to the respondent No.5 to consider their claim of regularization in the services. He would submit that the petitioners are daily wager employees and working for more than 10 years in the respondent No.5 concern and despite their representation dated 17-07-2018 and 25-09-2021 their services have not been regularized and no decision has been taken on their representation. 3. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to file a fresh representation before respondent No.5 who shall take decision in view of relevant provisions of law as well as circulars for regularization of the services of the employees in accordance with law preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the representation, after verifying the service record of the petitioners. 4.
