The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned order dated 15.11.2017 as passed by the respondent no. 1 Digitally signed by RAMESH KUMAR VATTI 2 regarding refusing to payment of salary as on the ground of no work no pay within a period of 24.01.2017 to 03.05.2017. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to pay the salary of the petitioner within a period of 24.01.2017 to 03.05.2017 along with interest within such period. 10.3 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper may also be passed in favour of the petitioner together with cost of the petition.” 2. On 14.06.2024 when matter was taken up for hearing no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner in two round. Today again there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner in two round. It appears that the petitioner has lost his interest in pursuing the matter. 3. Consequently, the petition is dismissed as there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
