The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jharia P.S. Case No. 174 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 317(4), 317(5), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 336(4), 340(2), 61(2) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Dhanbad. 3. On 25.06.2025, Jharia Police apprehended co-accused Md. Arif and Md. Sharukh Ansari from Fularibag, near Indra Chowk, Jharia. On search, four motorcycles were recovered from their possession. On the basis of confession of the apprehended accused persons house of this petitioner was raided. 4. It was submitted that a motorcycle which was parked outside the house of the petitioner was also seized. However, the seizure list does not bear the signature of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that co-accused Chhotu Pandit @ Chotu Kumar and Suraj Kumar have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Dhanbad in connection with with Jharia P.S.
