No representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3. The writ petition filed by the petitioner was disposed of on 06.05.2025, and the operative portion of the order reads as follows: “Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the 6th respondent shall withdraw the Look-Out Circular issued against the petitioner in connection with Crime No.35 of 2025 dated10.03.2025 of Narsaraopeta I Town Police Station, forthwith.” 4. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Sri Ajay, learned counsel representing Smt. A. Jayanthi, learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that, in pursuance of the order passed by this Court on 06.05.2025, the Superintendent of Police, Palnadu District, addressed a letter vide C.No.12/C1-DCRB/2025, dated 23.05.2025 to the Joint Director, Immigration Branch (IB), Ministry of Home Affairs, informing that there is no need to continue LOC against the petitioner and requested to withdraw the LOC issued against the petitioner. The instructions would further reveal that the LOC issued against the petitioner has been withdrawn on 27.05.2025. Page 3 of 4 5. The above contempt case was filed on 27.06.2025. As seen from the instructions, since the LOC issued against the petitioner has been withdrawn, this Court does not find any violation of the order dated 06.05.2025 in W.P.No.11569 of 2025. 6. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Contempt Case is dismissed. No order as to costs.
