Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, on o3.06.2025, the ASl, Visakhapatnam RPF Post, along with his staff whI-Ie conducting checking at platform No.6 ofVisakhapatnam Railway Station, caught the accused when they were ,-n possession of 8.8 Kgs of Ganja. The contraband along with other material was € _j-,fr' seized under the cover of mediators report. The accused were arrested and got remanded to judicial custody. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. The quantity of Ganja al'eged'y seized from the possession of the accused js 8.8Kgs.
