Heard Sri Tota Tejeswara, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, Sri Venkateswara Rao Gudapati, learned counsel for the unofficial respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the police are not registering the FIR against the complaint given by the petitioner dated 04.12.2018. 4. Learned counsel for the unofficial respondents would submit that the matter is settled before the parties and no further orders are required to passed in this matter. 5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that Court may pass appropriate orders. 6. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the unofficial respondents, this writ petition is disposed of.
