On instructions, Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents submits that after the registration of the F.I.R. in Crime No. 57 of 2024, the investigation was completed, and the final report was filed and same has been taken cognizance of by the Judicial Magistrate No. II, Cuddalore, in C.C.No.22/2025 and it is pending trial. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the 2nd respondent in Crime No.57 of 2024 and as such, the transfer of investigation did not arise. 3.
