ORAL ORDER
1. This writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner-defendant No.1 challenging the order dated 10.03.2025 passed by the XLI Addl. City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bangalore, on I.A.No.1/2025 in O.S.No.1134/2019.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will not press prayer (a) in the writ petition, but seeks for a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.
3. Plaintiff has filed the suit for relief of permanent injunction. On service of suit summons, the defendants appeared through counsel and filed written statement. On the basis of the pleadings of the parties, the Trial Court has framed issues. The matter is posted for evidence of plaintiff on 31.08.2023. The matter is being adjourned on or the other reason. Hence, the petitioner sought for early disposal of the suit.

4. Be that as it may. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible, not later than eight months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
5. With the above observation, the writ petition is
disposed of.
