Admittedly, the impugned order has been passed by invoking Circular No.41530/U1/2017 dated 08.11.2017, 31.07.2018 and 09.11.2018 issued by the Inspector General of Registration. The parties will have to agitate their claims only before the jurisdictional civil Court. I make it clear that I have not gone into the issues of title.
