Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Chakulia P.S. Case No. 16 of 2025 for the offence registered under Section 103(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghatsila. 3. On 22.02.2025 at about 7.30 pm, the son of the informant, namely, Kishuk Behra and his friend Bhola Nath Mahto were apprehend by villagers while they were committing theft in the house of Hargobinda Nayak. The son of the informant was assaulted by the villagers due to which he succumbed to his injuries. 4. It was submitted that there is general allegation against all the accused persons. It was further submitted that several similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
